Terms of service
The agreement between you and Innerpi for using Punchframe. Last updated May 14, 2026.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Punchframe (the “Service”), operated by Innerpi. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction to use Punchframe. Punchframe is intended for business use by photo-keepsake operators, event photographers, and similar professionals.
2. Your account
You sign in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure and for all activity that occurs under your Punchframe account. Notify us immediately at hello@innerpi.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Subscription plans and billing
- DEMO — free, watermarked prints, no credit card required.
- Pro — US$19.99 per month, no watermark.
- Business — US$29.99 per month, custom branding on guest pages.
Paid subscriptions auto-renew each month until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your account billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Pricing may change with 30 days’ notice to active subscribers. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Punchframe to:
- Upload, store, or print content that infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark, publicity, or privacy rights
- Upload, store, or print content that is illegal, hateful, defamatory, sexually explicit involving minors, or that depicts violence against real people
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service
- Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission
- Use the Service to spam, harass, or deceive guests at your events
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. For serious violations, we may also remove content without prior notice.
5. Your content
You retain all rights to the photos and brand assets you upload to Punchframe. You grant Innerpi a limited license to store, process, display, and print that content solely to deliver the Service to you and the guests of your events. We do not use your content for training AI models, advertising, or any other purpose.
You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consent from people pictured in photos uploaded to your events.
6. Our content
The Punchframe software, design, name, and logo are owned by Innerpi and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service. They do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
7. Copyright complaints (DMCA)
If you believe content stored on Punchframe infringes your copyright, send a notice to hello@innerpi.com with: (a) your contact information, (b) a description of the copyrighted work, (c) the URL of the infringing content, (d) a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner, and (e) your signature. We will review and respond promptly.
8. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or if we discontinue the Service. We will provide reasonable notice for discontinuation and refund any unused prepaid balance.
On termination, we will delete your account data within 30 days, except for billing records we are required by law to retain.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Innerpi disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data will be preserved without loss.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Innerpi’s total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to Innerpi in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US$100. Innerpi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost data.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Innerpi from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of Ontario, Canada, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will notify active subscribers by email at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continued use of the Service after the change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
