Refund policy

We want you to love Punchframe. If it isn't a fit, here's how money flows back. Last updated May 14, 2026.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you upgrade to Pro or Business and decide within 14 days of your first paid chargethat Punchframe isn’t the right tool for you, email hello@innerpi.comand we’ll refund that first month in full. No questions asked.

Subsequent billing periods

After the first 14 days, subscriptions are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time from your billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep paid access until then.

Event windows already consumed

Each event you run has an unlock window during which guests can upload photos. Once an event window has started, that window cannot be refunded — it represents work the platform has already done on your behalf (storage, guest portal access, print operations).

Pro-rated refunds

We may issue pro-rated refunds at our discretion for situations like extended service outages, accidental double charges, or genuine billing errors. Reach out and we’ll work it out.

How to request a refund

  1. Email hello@innerpi.com with the subject line “Refund request”.
  2. Include the email address on your Punchframe account and the approximate date of the charge.
  3. We’ll confirm within two business days and, if approved, refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Chargebacks

Please email us before filing a chargeback. We can almost always resolve billing issues faster directly than through your card issuer. Accounts with unresolved chargebacks may be suspended.
